  • Do you have an order minimum?
    Yes. All custom cake order start at a $100 and go up depending on the design choice. Treats have a 2 dozen minimum.
  • How far in advance should I place my order?
    The earlier the better! It's recommended that orders be placed at least 2 weeks in advance.
  • Can I cancel my order and receive a refund after paying my deposit or full payment?
    No, but you can get a credit that is good for a year.
  • How close to my event date can changes be made?
    Changes can be accommodated up to 1 week before your event but are not guaranteed.
  • Do I have to refrigerate my cake if I pick it up early?
    Yes. keep cakes refrigerated up to 2 hours prior to cutting if possible. Allow cake to come to room temp before serving.
  • Is delivery Included with my order?
    Delivery is free for surrounding areas. Additional locations are priced based on location. Delivery amount will be given and paid when placing order.
  • Can I place a last minute order?
    Yes, If possible and a Rush fee of $50 will be added.
  • My order was damaged after pick up. what happens next?
    Once your order has been received, S-Quisite Treats is no longer liable for your order. Please follow instruction upon receiving your order.
  • How do I travel with my cake?
    Please ensure that your vehicle has space for your cake to sit on a flat surface (a car seat is not a flat surface. Neither is a person's lap). Make sure your air is on and your car is cool. If you are hot, your cake is hot.
